Rum Cake Peak season (November, December & New Years).  Your rum cake will arrive within 5 to 7 business days from the date of ordering.; sometimes earlier.  All rum cakes are baked fresh, must bask for at least 2 days and then safely packaged for shipping. Off peak season shipping is 7 to 10 business days (see off peak details below).  Block out shipping period is JAN 3 to JAN 10.

Easter buns are shipped within 1-3 business days or ordering. Shipping speed is 1 to 3 business days for a total delivery time of 3 to 6 business days. 

Simply take 3 clear photos (different angles) of the damaged product and send to 718-810-5016 via text or whatsapp. Alternatively, you may email lespicymango@gmail.com. Photos must be received with 1 day of receiving product.  Your package is tracked. If the product is completely inedible due to shipping damage, the entire package must be mailed back at your expense to Spicy Mango, LLC within 10 business days of delivery receipt. Once received by Spicy Mango, LLC you will be credited a full refund of ORIGINAL for the product only.  If you fail to return the product within 10 business days (remember, your package will be postmarked), there is no refund. 

Rum Cakes contain lots of rum and wines that act as preservatives and therefore do not need to be refrigerated.  However, it is always best to store in a cool area.  Puddings must be kept cold or refrigerated.  Puddings must be shipped frozen via overnight service and will incur additional charges.
