Return & Refund Policy on Shipped Baked Products
We take great care to protect our rum cakes during shipment. However, because they are delicate, some changes in appearance may occur during transit.
- Damaged or Inedible Products: If your order arrives badly damaged and cannot be consumed, please send us a 10–15 second video of the product to 718‑810‑5016 within 1 business day of delivery.
- Return Requirement: To receive a full refund, the damaged product must be returned to us within 10 business days of receiving your order.
- Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a full refund for your initial order. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
- Tracking: All orders are digitally tracked by our courier service. Returns received after the 10‑day window are not eligible for a refund.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees.
